HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING?

We take care in packaging all of our items in discreet plain brown boxes, white boxes or plain poly mailing bags. The return address label will say Jade Leaf.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING AN ITEM THAT I ORDERED, OR SOMETHING IS DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Call (217) 246-6638 or email Info@JadeLeafBox.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue promptly.

  

ARE THE PHOTOS EXACTLY LIKE THE ITEM THAT I WILL RECEIVE?

In some instances, the items you receive will vary slightly from what is depicted in the pictures. For example: a glass pipe or case may be a different color than the one shown.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

We make every effort to keep all of our products in stock but there may be instances where an item is out of stock for a short period. If an item is out of stock and you would like to be notified when we have it back just send us a message through our Contact page and we will notify you by email as soon as it is available.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept most credit / debit cards and PayPal

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Do to the age requirement to purchase our products we do not currently offer gift cards. Items must be sent to the person who placed and paid for the order.
